Afternoon Memo:

* Jonathan Martin has a great warning of sorts for Sen. Obama that is worth taking a look at. He is basiclly arguing that the good Sen. needs to be on his toes or suffer the fate of John Kerry.

* Some bad news for the people of Minnisota.
