They brought the NSA spying program to the maybe some people who didn't know about it. Maybe 3 people saw the billboard and went home to look into FISA and spygate. Maybe they didn't reach anyone that saw the sign, that's not the point. At least they did something. That's a hell of a lot more than calling Clinton a whore over and over like Goat has been doing.
