I am not sure how effective the Cocoon theme will be, or the subtle dig at Sen. Machiavelli for her refusal to release her tax returns. Does anyone care about that? Maybe she is like most Americans and is still waiting to run them through Turbo Tax. I am just not sure that this is a salient issue with the average voter. To the political junkie keeping score at home, sure it is a big deal, but to the other 99% of the populous, I'm not so sure.
