It's good to see the courts actually standing up to the Bush bullies every once in awhile. Now can we get them to protect our troops in the warzone, or once they return home?

-This refers to underwater NOISE polution- What people need to realize, is that it's not just about environmental respect & love for beautiful animals. If we continue to disrupt the ecological cycles in the ocean, we're screwing ourselves! Lots of $$, food & pleasure will be lost. Stay strong voters...
