An Strange Moment in San Antonio

Every moment spent in Texas is strange, but some are more bizarre then others. Walking back to my hotel in San Antonio tonight, my wife and I came across the bus featured above. Her being from Boston, and thus being rightfully contemptuous of all things Texan, she was about to give the bus the bird. But I calmed her down and explained my theory that whoever, or whatever was behind it, was somehow on our side. Check out this site for more.

On a side note, we have gone roughly 1,300 miles, and so far we have seen only 4 bumper stickers in favor of Obama (one that stated-- Tejanos for Obama), and one against (stating NO-bama) and no McCain stickers at all.

great bus....it does indeed have a messege...

Now about the stickers....and signs...here in Ohio....no McCain signs at all- not one...and Obama lawn signs everywhere...

I think the breakdown on signs/stickers so far is one McCain yard sign. Several Obama stickers (on I75, they might be on cars from out of state, but still they count) and maybe 4 McCain stickers on GA cars.

This is nothing like 2000 or 2004 when Bush/Cheney was EVERYWHERE in Georgia.

enigma, obama signs everywhere? Where? I've seen zero McCain bumper stickers (a good sign) and a decent amount of Obama, but that's about it.
I HAVE seen a few Ron Paul diehards keeping their lawn signs up.

I get the feeling that those voting for McCain aren't all that enthused about the prospect.

Well it looks like the right isn't too keen on their boy. This should be a good sign because I couldn't get away from those damn Bush/Cheney ones in '04. When I go up to Sequoia National Park there are a lt of Ron Paul signs. Seems the farther away from a city you get the more Paul fans there are.

On Countdown tonight they showed the Shit Talk Express with an Obama bumper sticker on it. No one in McLame's camp noticed.

LOL!

Helen, Really?? I need to find a pick of that! Whose the patriot who put it on the bus? He's lucky Secret Service didn't torture him.

Google it or go to Countdown's home page, they usually have all their stuff backed up w/the sources. I laughed my fool ass off!
