CNN is apparently in the apparel business. You can now buy CNN headlines printed on t-shirts.
My personal favorite: "What is this hairless, big-nosed beast?" The headline at the top of the page even links to the article. In this case it happens to be a story about the mythical, goat-sucking chupucabra (which I still contend might be an ex-girlfriend of mine).
CNN might put American Apparel out of business if hipsters realize the dark irony of wearing bad news. I'm waiting for a shirt that says, "24-Hour news organization distracts bored readers with cheap Chinese-made clothing".
What news would you wear?

I think I would have gone with something more like the theme from the
X-Files. (Direct Link Here)

You know what, I think I actually like CNN enough to buy one of these but it is a strange business to get into when you are not the top news organization in America.
crian - interesting. i think they'll pull a lot of people strictly interested in the shirts for the irony of bullshit, misleading headlines and nonsensical, softball stories being presented in a pop-culture manner by a self-identified "news organization"
maybe its just my west coast, LA bias, but i truly believe that CNN's marketing dept understood this angle when they pitched this project.
isn't this just CNN celebrating their own inadequacy?
My shirt would say "Hello, this is Rik Sanchez."
My shirt would say, "Glenn Beck is a shit eating felcher!".
"O'Reilly Spends First Night In Prison - Drops The Loofa"
I have to agree with puddy.
sal - the cubano cronkite!
bradda - as should they all... that urine-stained, scat-munching, self-fellating... grrr... GRRRRR!!!
thumper - captivating! what happens next? this has the sound of a made-for-tv, hilarious romp staring jesse helms's dead corpse as the loofa...
helen - well then, i have to agree with helen.
Mine would say "A vote for McCain is a vote for the chupacabra!"
