Ted Stevens Is Going To HangOut With Blade...

"I'm going to jail, wait...aren't you coming too?"

So Ted "the internets are a series of tubes" Stevens was indicted today on seven charges of failing to disclose payments from VECO Corp. and using the money to build a bridge to nowhe...no that was a real bill he proposed, he used the money to build a fat bachelor pad. Who doesn't want a bad ass Viking gas grill? Hopefully the judge will throw the book at him just like they did when they sent Wesley Snipes away for 3 years. He's probably wondering if they still use the iron maiden or if they'll just burn him. I'm just saying he's old!

Sweeeet. I forgot it was Stevens who coined "internets tubes"! Holy shit, poor Stevens got picked to be another fallguy. I know he did the crime but compare it to the shrubco and it's really a drop in the bucket. So, they have to pick which guys they send down the river to distract from themselves. What a cesspool.

Kreplech, settle down Bill & Ted! Hah.

Helen, He really is a small french fry but we can keep tallying these sex scandals and indictments and it will be quite a list!

Helen...great point. Could it be we're seeing yet another diversion by "shrubco" to draw public attention away from the real issues. Iraqis are still dying in droves despite the working surge; an audit of the Justice Department proved that former AG Gonzalez was screening potential candidates using an political and ideological litmus, and with all the undeniable evidence available, Congress still can't impeach Bush and Cheney on charges of treason and sedition. Slight of hand baby...slight of hand.

I'm not a prisoner, I'm a free man!

I have begun to think they systematically distract with false "terrist" plots and scandals. Seems whenever there's a big news moment, one of those things is unearthed.
