Lets sell 50% of our military equipment so we can pay off this bail out and a great deal, if not all, of our debt. Lets not make the same mistake the Soviets did by going kaput keeping our military strong beyond the point of logic or necessity.

On the surface, I'm on board with getting rid of some military hardware, but you know they'd only sell it to Uzbekistan and the Saudis and all the other lunatic regimes we're bestest chums with.
yeah... i'm not sure i trust the world with 50% of "our" military equip.
