McCain Said He Would Talk With Hamas...

Two years ago John McCain said he would talk with Hamas because, "sooner or later we are going to have to deal with them". Does McCain realize that when he does an interview on air that it will be kept in the archives? After agreeing with Bush Thursday that Obama's policy of diplomacy with Hamas is the same as Nazi appeasers and continually saying that Hamas supports Senator Obama, this is a bombshell. What defense does McCain have for this? Here's the video from the HuffPo.

RUBIN: "Do you think that American diplomats should be operating the way they have in the past, working with the Palestinian government if Hamas is now in charge?"

McCAIN: "They're the government; sooner or later we are going to have to deal with them, one way or another, and I understand why this administration and previous administrations had such antipathy towards Hamas because of their dedication to violence and the things that they not only espouse but practice, so . . . but it's a new reality in the Middle East. I think the lesson is people want security and a decent life and decent future, that they want democracy. Fatah was not giving them that."

The interview was with James Rubin for Sky News and he has an op-ed in today's Washington Post about his exchange with McCain. We'll see how McCain tries to weasel out of this(maybe he will finally claim a senior moment?) and how well the MSM tries to protect their man-crush. Here's Rubin:

"Given that exchange, the new John McCain might say that Hamas should be rooting for the old John McCain to win the presidential election. The old John McCain, it appears, was ready to do business with a Hamas-led government, while both Clinton and Obama have said that Hamas must change its policies toward Israel and terrorism before it can have diplomatic relations with the United States."

How is McCain even still their nominee? I mean over the last month he has fucked up about a dozen times and the media keeps fawning over him. I say it again people, what would happen if Obama had accused McCain of this same thing and this video surfaced? You thought the media orgasm over Rev. Wright was bad? This should be a major thorn in McCain's side but we'll see in the coming days what comes of it.

Obama needs to play with the fire. Light it up under this dude's ass. Jump on this right away and expose McCain for the power-crazed turd that he is. The only way that this turd is going to win the general election is if there are still enough shit bags out there who won't vote for a guy simply because he has a beautiful tan.
